About the Role:

This challenging yet rewarding position involves managing various projects across multiple academies, ranging from refurbishments and remodelling to large-scale maintenance, new builds, and extensions. You will be responsible for ensuring each academy is maintained and developed to support our educational vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver high-quality projects that enhance our physical environments
  • Take the lead on a wide variety of projects, including refurbishments, remodelling, maintenance, new builds, and extensions
  • Work closely with external teams, including architects, surveyors, and consultants
  • Maintain internal relationships and collaborate with peers across the trust

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,281 - £49,634 per annum, commensurate with experience
  • 25 days annual leave per annum plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with length of service
