We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist Lead to join our HR team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our people managers on all aspects of employment law and best practice.

This role requires a highly organised and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to successfully manage absence, conduct investigations into grievances and disciplinary matters, and provide expert advice and guidance to our people managers.

We estimate that this role can earn around £40k per annum, depending on experience. If you have a Level 7 CIPD qualification and relevant experience in an HR generalist or ER focussed role, then this could be the opportunity for you.
