We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Deputy Ward Manager to join our Male Acute Ward team at the Saffron Suite - Zinnia Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and contributing to the delivery of high-quality mental health care.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health and a commitment to working collaboratively within a multi-professional team. You will possess excellent communication, risk assessment, and care planning skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate others.
