Premier Engineering Quality and Compliance Officer

Premier Engineering is seeking a Quality and Compliance Officer to join our team on a permanent basis in the Birmingham area.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience in managing the Quality team and function within the manufacturing business, as well as being hands-on with solving any Quality Engineering issues.
Key Responsibilities- Developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality legislation and regulations.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement through regular training, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives.
