Job Title: Head of DevelopmentAbout the Role

The Head of Development will be responsible for leading the development team at Equator, driving innovation and excellence in software development. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team of experienced software engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
