Experienced Vehicle Technician Wanted for Prestigious BMW Dealership

Lookers, a renowned luxury car dealership group, is seeking an accomplished Vehicle Technician to join their esteemed team at Lookers BMW Staffordshire.
Salary & BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000, inclusive of up to £6,600 in uncapped bonus. Additionally, you will enjoy excellent career progression opportunities and comprehensive training programs.
About the RoleAs a key member of our Service team, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology, conducting vehicle services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, and performing any additional repairs once authorised by the customer.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnose issues promptly
- Complete vehicle services efficiently and to the highest standards
- Carry out warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Take vehicles on road tests to ensure all faults are rectified
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK driving licence
- Completion of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience working within a workshop environment
- Self-motivation, ambition, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
