Key Responsibilities: * Review the impact of problems, issues, and solutions that affect across platforms, systems, assemblies, and units to ensure that there are no unforeseen consequences. * Lead, coach, and mentor teams to ensure that they understand the systems and protocols associated with the work and task. * Ensure that the work of the team meets quality, cost, and schedule requirements. * Analyze problems related to platform and support system issues and generate proposed solutions that impact operation, efficiency, and performance improvement. * Review solutions, including all documentation and approved data, and either approve the solution (where approval is within your limits of authority) or submit and sponsor approval from higher-level authority. Requirements: * CMI L5 / HNC / HND or equivalent experience. * Demonstrated experience in Metrology, Calibration, or other related fields. * Experience with apprenticeship standards, developing, and coaching new starters. * Ability to apply depth of expertise relating to engineering systems to resolve complex challenges, issues, and faults associated with installation, commissioning, operation, and performance of systems. * Experience in establishing and maintaining direct contact and interface with the customer and management and delivery of projects.
