Job Title: Community Social Care Specialist

We are looking to recruit a qualified social worker within a locality team within the social care industry. Our client has a well-structured and organized team that is looking to grow their staffing levels. The role has a supportive team culture with regular supervision and a supportive management team.

Main duties include:

• Completing face-to-face work undertaking care act assessments,
• Capacity assessments,
• Safeguarding,
• Finance and housing issues,
• Dealing with informal carers

The ideal candidate will be a qualified social worker with HCPC registration and educated to degree level (e.g., BA Hons, BSc, DIPSW, CCETSW). The client requests that the worker will have significant court experience and can work with a full varied caseload. You will also need to have eligibility to work in the UK with previous experience within a child protection team.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
