Job Title: Performance and Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Performance and Assurance Manager within our Operational Development Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing the national assurance and performance framework for learning, training, and exercising across the Counter Terrorism Policing network.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality assurance and performance management, with experience in developing and implementing performance frameworks, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting results and recommendations. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £42,897 and £48,894 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a range of training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative working environment.
