Membership Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Membership Officer to join our team at New Resource Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our membership base, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full membership process from recruitment to renewals, ensuring accurate records and high levels of customer care.
  • Oversee the direct debit system and manage membership payments, ensuring compliance with HMRC guidelines.

Requirements:
