About the Role:

Tetra Tech is seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Consultant to join our team. As an Asbestos Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe removal and management of asbestos-containing materials in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct asbestos surveys, re-inspections, and sampling to identify and quantify asbestos-containing materials.
  • Develop and implement effective asbestos removal plans, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide comprehensive reports and recommendations for asbestos management.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Requirements:

  • British Occupational Hygiene Society modules P402, P403, and P404 or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above, including English and maths.
  • Higher-level qualifications, such as an HND or equivalent, are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Security clearance and criminal background check requirements for work on various police and government contracts.
  • Will to travel locally, regionally, and internationally.
