Swalcliffe Park School, a specialist provider of education and care for autistic young people, is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with autistic children and young adults, with experience in using a wide range of assessment tools and therapeutic interventions appropriate for this population.

The ideal candidate will have a Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy and be a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). A willingness to commit to undertaking supported Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to achieve Post Graduate Sensory Integration Modules 2 and 3 qualifications under a Training Agreement is essential.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary therapy team, including Speech & Language Therapy and Clinical Psychology, in delivering joint assessments and planning and delivering therapy sessions. Newly qualified Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply.

£29,970 - £36,483 per annum (NHS Band 5) + Benefits, including 13 weeks paid holiday and membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme comparable to NHS.
