About the Role:
As a skilled Workshop Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on cutting-edge Volvo construction equipment. Your expertise in diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electronics will be essential in ensuring the machines are running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex technical issues on Volvo construction equipment
- Install software updates to maintain machine performance
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Plant, HGV, or Agricultural Machinery Maintenance
- Experience in repairing and maintaining heavy construction equipment
- Expertise in diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electronics
- A passion for solving problems and working with cutting-edge machinery
- Possess your own tools for the role
- A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
