\About the Role
\We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Therapeutic Recovery Specialist to join our Hope Place Service in Slough. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing specialist mental health support to our customers.
\Your Key Responsibilities

- Build trusting relationships with customers and create a positive atmosphere\
- Facilitate group workshops in mental health dynamics and well-being\
- Conduct holistic assessments and regular key work sessions to achieve Support Plan goals\
- Create support plans to provide appropriate services based on ongoing assessment\
- Manage risks associated with customers while promoting a culture of 'positive risk taking'\
- Provide support and access to relevant services to enable customers to continue their recovery\
- Develop productive relationships with external stakeholders to improve service outcomes\
- Demonstrate strong commitment to the functioning of the staff team\
- Involving customers in the design, development, and delivery of the service\
- Maintain high levels of awareness in relation to the health and safety of yourself and colleagues\
- Ensure adherence to Look Ahead's Health and Safety policies and local protocols\
- Lead groups and activities offering therapeutic and recovery-focused interactions and activities\
- Undertake any other duties consistent with the grade and nature of the post as assigned by the Team Leader/Manager\
