Site Manager Opportunity with Constructive Moves

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Constructive Moves, a leading residential developer in West London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the groundworks, brickworks, and 1st fix to completion of a major new scheme in West London, comprising over 140 units. The project is a traditional build of private and shared ownership, with a completion deadline within the next 18-24 months.

To be considered for this role, you must hold all necessary tickets, including SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card. A solid career history in the residential sector is also essential.
