Job Title: Pop-ups & Activations Designer, Beauty

About the Role

Burberry Limited is seeking a skilled Designer, Beauty to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for driving newness and creativity across beauty and fragrance campaign launches. You will work closely with internal and external teams to deliver a successful creative and commercial balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead designs for temporary immersive retail environments from concept creation to concept drawing package, specializing in beauty and fragrance sectors.
  • Propose exciting additional customer journey elements as part of the 'retailtainment' experience.
  • Research and develop innovative materials and processes that align with our sustainability targets.
  • Develop creative direction into multiple scales of implementation, ensuring a cohesive brand vision.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and commercial teams to deliver a cross-functional approach.
  • Work closely with Coty (external partner) to balance internal and external requirements, develop designs, and construction details under tight timelines.
  • Oversee visual merchandising strategy and coordinate pop-up activations and events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in concept and pop creative design, as well as beauty and fragrance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and competitor approaches.
  • Well-organized, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, or Vectorworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
