Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Designer, Beauty to drive newness and creativity across beauty and fragrance campaign launches. You will adapt creative direction into various scales of implementation and work closely with internal and external teams to deliver a successful creative and commercial balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead designs for temporary immersive retail environments from concept creation to concept drawing package, specializing in beauty and fragrance sectors.
  • Propose exciting additional customer journey elements as part of the 'retailtainment' experience.
  • Research and develop sustainable materials and processes for temporary activations.
  • Develop creative direction into multiple scales of implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in concept and pop creative design, as well as beauty and fragrance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and competitor approaches.
  • Well-organized, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
