About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Youth Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the delivery of our NHS Cadets programme, which aims to promote health-related volunteering among young people from marginalised communities.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging content that encourages young people to pursue careers in the NHS. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the recruitment and retention of young people onto the programme
  • Delivering high-quality training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of young people
  • Acting as a point of contact for young people to provide guidance and support throughout their journey

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young people and has experience of delivering formal or informal training. You will have strong communication skills and be able to tailor your approach to suit different audiences. A good understanding of MS Office and remote working tools is also essential.

Salary: £29,000 - £35,000 per annum
