Our client, a leading design and fit-out company in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer to join their team on a full-time basis. With a strong focus on collaboration and inclusivity, they foster a people-focused culture where every voice is valued and heard.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in the construction and fit-out sector, with knowledge of sustainable design practices and industry trends. They will lead the creative process for office and commercial interior design projects, delivering exceptional design solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a creative and experienced designer to make a real impact on their career. The successful candidate will work closely with the Client Relationship team to secure new business opportunities, take a leadership role in projects, and deliver impactful, creative, and strategically planned design solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, leading and inspiring a team to create design-led proposals, and ensuring all projects align with sustainable practices and industry trends.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • Experience and knowledge of best practices in the construction and/or fit-out sector
  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices and knowledge of industry trends
  • Knowledge of design software packages, such as CAD, TrueViewer, and Autodesk
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts persuasively
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively
  • A full, valid driving licence
