About the PositionWe are recruiting a Design Technician to work on high-end fit-out projects in Antrim, Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in CAD design and experience working on fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce clear, concise, and accurate drawings in line with deadlines and programme requirements, adhering to QA standards
- Liaise with clients' designers and architects, sub-contractors, and suppliers
- Conduct site surveys and provide technical detailing support to the project team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working on commercial, residential, hotel, and specialist joinery projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software
- Good knowledge of current building regulations and quality assurance standards
£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
