Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Specialist Care Coordinator to join our team at Spring Wood Lodge.
About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to provide care and support for women with personality disorders and mental illness in a specialist setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess, manage and support individuals with complex difficulties, with the aim of helping them to return to community living.
- To work alongside an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist and a wider multidisciplinary team.
- To deliver person-centred care, treatment and support to some of the most vulnerable people in society.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in providing care and support for individuals with mental health conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
