Join Our Team as a Healthcare Staffing Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven leader to take charge of our brand-new Healthcare Recruitment & Staffing Business Centre in Ashford, Kent. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and suppliers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Manage and develop a team of recruitment consultants to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and sales success in the healthcare industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
