About the Role

OSB Group is seeking a skilled IT Supplier Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT Commercial Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology supplier and relationship management landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective supplier engagement strategies to drive high-quality relationships with our 300+ suppliers.
  • Manage performance issues and ensure suppliers meet statutory responsibilities.
  • Chair supplier meetings, ensuring clear agendas, minutes, and governance reports.
  • Collaborate with IT subject matter experts to ensure supplier interactions are effective and value-added.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Vendor Management, and Legal teams to ensure smooth governance, contract tender, and live service processes.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £48,000 to £58,000, plus a discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 15%. Our benefits package includes 28 days annual leave, contributory pension, life assurance, and private medical insurance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record in managing performance issues and supplier relationships.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar workflow tools, P2P tools like Oracle or SAP, and category management principles.
