Lead Veterinary Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team as a Head Registered Equine Veterinary Nurse. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support to your colleagues, and contributing to the development of our RVNs in their individual surgical and medical interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the day-to-day running of the clinical team
  • Lend a hand where needed and provide guidance to colleagues
  • Develop the potential of our RVNs in their individual surgical and medical interests
  • Assist in the training of the whole nurse and VCA team
  • Involved in appraisals and auditing of clinical care
Requirements:
  • Good general nursing experience
  • Great customer service skills
  • Genuine interest in animal welfare
