Lead Veterinary Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team as a Head Registered Equine Veterinary Nurse. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support to your colleagues, and contributing to the development of our veterinary nursing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the clinical team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior nurses
  • Contribute to the development of our veterinary nursing services
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Registered Veterinary Nurse with a strong background in equine nursing
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and customer service
