Exciting Opportunity for a BIM/Revit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM/Revit Manager to join our successful MEP division based in our Leeds office. As part of our national MEP team, you will play a key role in driving the development of our 2D and 3D engineering models and drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a growing team of technicians and support with the education of our graduates.
  • Production of 2D and 3D engineering models and drawing using software such as AutoCAD and Revit, Clash detection and model coordination.
  • Engage with other Revit technicians, BIM Managers, and engineers to help develop solutions to 3D environment issues and support the development of the group as a whole.
  • Support the BIM technology needs of the Leeds office and national team, and educate new starters around the use of Revit.
Requirements:
  • In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Autodesk software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Passion for digital engineering, building information modelling, and innovation.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems and how services should be routed and coordinated.
  • The ideal candidate will have a BTEC/HNC in building performance engineering or another relevant engineering discipline, but we will consider candidates without this qualification who have significant experience in technical drawing production using Revit.
