Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our MEP team at Hydrock. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a growing team of technicians and supporting the education of our graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technicians and support their professional development.
  • Produce high-quality 2D and 3D engineering models and drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Collaborate with other Revit technicians, BIM Managers, and engineers to develop solutions to 3D environment issues.
  • Support the BIM technology needs of our office and national team.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Autodesk software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Passion for digital engineering, building information modelling, and innovation.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems and how services should be routed and coordinated.
  • BTEC/HNC in building performance engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Experience in technical drawing production using Revit.
