Transformative Opportunities in Forensic Psychology

We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Psychologist to join our Clinical Teams at Outcomes First Group. As a specialist in neurodiversity, you will work with children and adults who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism, providing essential services to meet their complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Assistant Psychologists and contribute to the development of our therapeutic teams
  • Collaborate with key partners to deliver high-quality services
  • Analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work
  • Develop and implement effective interventions for individuals with complex needs

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
  • Registered with the HCPC and BPS
  • Experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists and working with children and adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
  • Ability to work collaboratively and sensitively with individuals and resolve conflict effectively
