Security Officer

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at Gloucester Quays. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring CCTV, managing access, and assisting visitors. You will also be responsible for conducting external and internal security patrols, providing traffic control, and applying parking restrictions as required.
In addition, you will be responsible for issuing visitor/contractor passes, dealing with lost property, and maintaining all logbooks and records. You will also provide support, guidance, and information to all staff, visitors, and contractors while ensuring the safeguarding of the premises and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a SIA Licence, preferably a Door Supervisor licence. You will also need to have experience in retail, events, or roles that involve interaction with the public. You will need to be confident, vigilant, and have good customer service skills.
