Pension Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join our team at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG). As a key member of our pension administration team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely administration of pension schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer a combination of DB, DC, and Hybrid pension schemes in accordance with client requirements and desired standards and deadlines.
- Handle sophisticated queries, perform manual calculations, and ensure accurate work allocation.
- Attend Trustee and ad hoc client meetings, including new business presentations as needed.
- Manage pensioner payrolls, pension increases, and ensure timely notification of the lifetime allowance used to pensioners.
- Supervise transactional activity for Tariff and Fixed fee clients and provide regular financial information to the billing manager for accurate and timely invoicing.
- Manage unit reconciliations and lifestyle switches.
- Strong experience working with different occupational pension schemes (DB, DC, CARE, Hybrid).
- QPA or PMI qualified, or willing to study towards relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience in carrying out sophisticated manual pension calculations.
- Ability to process, collect, and input data and information accurately.
- Proficient in using Office Systems, such as Microsoft Office for word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentations.
