About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for the administration of a combination of DB, DC, and Hybrid pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out sophisticated pension administration tasks and calculations accurately and in accordance with internal processes and company policies.
  • Attend Trustee and ad hoc client meetings, including new business presentations as the need arises.
  • Manage pensioner payrolls, pension increases, and ensure timely notification of the lifetime allowance used to pensioners.
  • Assist team members and provide support to the Principal Administrator.
  • Manage investment of contributions.
  • Supervise transactional activity for Tariff and Fixed fee clients and provide regular financial information to the billing manager for accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Manage unit reconciliations and lifestyle switches.
About You

We are looking for a strong and experienced individual with a proven track record in pension administration. You will have a good understanding of various codes of professional ethics and standards as promulgated by the PMI. You will also have the ability to process, collect, and input data and information accurately, as well as strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines and disclosure requirements.
