Associate Director, Advancement

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team in the construction sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of delay analysts, contributing to expert report writing, and delivering expert delay and forensic planning services to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of delay analysts working on complex projects
- Contribute to expert report writing and develop your own expert reports
- Deliver expert delay and forensic planning services to clients
- Network and win work, developing relationships with construction industry solicitors and influential contacts
- Critically analyse project and major programme performance, identifying root causes of distress
- Lead development of contract and commercial strategies to recover performance of distressed projects
- Provide strategic advice on client claims and disputes
- Manage stakeholders and provide effective communication
- Coach and train delay analysis team members
- 10+ years of experience in delay, planning, and construction industry experience
- Significant exposure to managing programmes, using planning software, and delay analysis techniques
- Strong working knowledge of common planning software, such as Primavera and Asta PowerProject
- Experience in contributing to expert report writing and developing your own expert reports
- Extensive experience in delivering expert delay and forensic planning services to clients
- Experience in developing and pursuing claims up or down the supply chain
- Profile with construction industry solicitors and influential contacts
- Experience in coaching and training delay analysis team members
