Job Overview

L&G Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including Employee Central, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central.
  • Experience in implementing international payroll.
  • Experience in delivering greenfield implementations with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience working with public sector banks.
  • Experience in HR processes, including Core HCM, Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking and Management, Learning & Development, Succession, Payroll & Compensation, and Performance Management & Goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to engage customers.
  • SAP SuccessFactors, working experience in SAP Activate Methodology and DevOps.

Desirable Technical Skills

  • Experience working with Integration Centre and CPI integrations.
  • Experience working with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance, and other SAP partner products.
