About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM and Marketing Automation executive to join our growing team at Bruin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with a primary focus on CRM and Marketing automation, as well as experience within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and Schedule Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Manage Communication and Email Marketing Calendar: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage the email marketing calendar and ensure timely communication with prospects and clients.
  • Develop and Manage Lead and Client Marketing Automations: Design and implement lead and client marketing automations to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Provide Regular Reporting on Email Metrics: Analyze and report on email metrics to the Marketing team, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Email Marketing Tools: Provide technical expertise and support for email marketing tools, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Set Up and Manage Operations for Internal Virtual Events: Coordinate and manage the logistics of internal virtual events, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for attendees.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation
  • Experience in B2B Marketing within financial services
  • Knowledge of AB testing and optimizing email content
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation providers
  • Knowledge of GDPR and marketing communications
  • Experience with HTML and CMS is a plus
