Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a 7.5t Delivery Driver. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering furniture and other products to customers in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that products are loaded and wrapped correctly to prevent damage during transit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver furniture and other products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that products are loaded and wrapped correctly to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ensure that all products are handled with care and delivered to the customer's room of choice.
  • Engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is clean and safe to operate at all times.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license Cat 1.
  • Valid driver's CPC DQ card or digital card.
  • Previous commercial driving experience in a 7.5t vehicle.
  • Previous experience and understanding of using digital tachographs.
  • Previous experience within a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items of furniture with manual handling experience.
  • Understanding of EU driving legislation and tachograph law.
