The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized individual who can work as a team or autonomously to assist the finance manager in all aspects of day-to-day ledger processing, reconciliations, employee expenses and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to the vendor ledger, ensuring timely processing of invoices and vendor payments, processing employee expenses and mileage returns, daily bank payments and receipts, incoming customer payments and account allocations, and dealing with accounting queries both internally and externally in a timely and professional manner.

The role requires a high degree of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work to deadlines. Experience in processing day-to-day ledgers and use of SAP is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided as necessary. An estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
