We are seeking an experienced and dedicated teacher to work with children of varying abilities at a partner school in Burnley. This is a temporary position starting in January 2025, expected to last until the end of the academic year.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of differentiation and be able to create an inclusive classroom environment. The successful applicant will have experience teaching Year 4/5 pupils, preferably with SEN experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN.
  2. Create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
  3. Collaborate with the SENCo and other staff to develop effective learning strategies.
  4. Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and report regularly to parents and senior leadership.
  5. Ensure each child receives the necessary support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Salary Information:

This position offers a salary within the MPS/UPS range (£40,000 - £60,000) per annum.
