About the Role

Derbyshire County Council is seeking a skilled Senior Enablement Support Worker to join our team. As a Senior Enablement Support Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the independence and dignity of adults living in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support staff at a local level to provide a high-quality service

Working Arrangements

The post holder will be required to work on a rota system, which will include days, unsocial hours, weekends, nights, and bank holidays. There may be a requirement, on occasion, to work flexibly to attend mandatory training, meetings, or cover unplanned absences.
