We're Blue Square, an award-winning retail marketing agency that connects and engages audiences with some of the world's most loved brands.

We're seeking a proactive and confident Retail Marketing Lead to join our team for the next 8 weeks.

In this role, you'll be the essential link between our cutting-edge products, field teams, and customers, leading the way in delivering an exceptional shopper journey.

You'll oversee promotional stand operations and team development during our campaign, leading Product Demonstrators and ensuring smooth collaboration with central teams.

Manage performance, coordinate logistics with local venues and shopping centres, and foster brand advocacy through positive team relationships.

Addressing team and customer queries while showcasing your in-depth brand knowledge, you'll stay at the forefront by maintaining expert knowledge of our products and competitor offerings.

Share your product and retail knowledge with your teams to enhance brand awareness and the ability to upsell.

Capture key moments and product highlights through photography or video content, and provide daily event reporting, highlighting achievements, and offering valuable feedback to the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee promotional stand operations and team development
  • Lead Product Demonstrators and ensure smooth collaboration with central teams

Requirements include:

  • Experience in retail management

We offer a competitive salary of £150 per day and a performance bonus of 15%.
