Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training activities across multiple sites
  • Manage risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and incidents
  • Analyze incident statistics and identify areas for improvement

We are offering a salary of £42,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 35 days annual leave, private medical insurance, and a generous pension scheme.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with experience in delivering training in a classroom environment. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with employees at all levels.
