Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Claims Adjuster Technician to join our team at Everpool Recruitment. As a Claims Adjuster Technician, you will work closely with our Loss Adjusters to provide administrative support for high-value and complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to Loss Adjusters to ensure smooth case progression.
  • Make regular calls to customers to update them on claim progress.
  • Communicate with suppliers to chase claim progression.
  • Produce invoices for claim stages.
  • Update project plans as necessary for Loss Adjusters.
  • Assist with complaints, ensuring Loss Adjusters achieve resolution and follow-up action.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably in household claims.
