Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Apprenticeship Programme Manager to join our team at Learning Curve Group. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to drive results.

About the Role:

  • Plan and deliver a training programme up to L5 in Southampton.
  • Facilitate teaching of functional skills qualifications and provide robust exit advice to learners.
  • Drive self-generation and plan company and stakeholder CPD requirements.
  • Contribute to cross-sector function projects and demonstrate organisation values and behaviours.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Maintain a caseload level of up to 42 learners.
  • Retention and achievement rates, less than 5% pass planned end date learners.
  • Regular contact with learners and employers.

Requirements:

  • Vocational experience in the area with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Good IT skills, excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Self-reliant and able to manage own workload, good organisational and planning skills.

Qualifications:

  • Sector qualification in the area, Maths & English at Level 2 or above.
  • Teaching Qualification at Level 3 (AET, PTTLS), Assessors Qualification at Level 3 (CAVA).

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have the required skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
