Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the development of our video doorbell products, ensuring they meet and exceed market demands and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Insights: Conduct in-depth analyses of global users' home environments to understand and identify their real needs, and develop innovative product features that enhance the user experience.
  • Competitive Analysis: Assess and summarize competitor product features, providing targeted recommendations to differentiate TP-Link's smart home offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Product Definition and Roadmap Planning: Define market-leading smart video doorbell products by leveraging market research, user feedback, and technology trends, and develop product roadmaps and plans for product iterations and feature development.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Articulate product features, user value, and competitive advantages, collaborating with TP-Link's creative product team for further refinement, and work closely with product and development teams in both China and the United States to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proven experience in product planning, definition, and management, covering the full product lifecycle from concept to market launch.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to engage in technical decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with smart home products, particularly in video doorbells, IP cameras, smart locks, or security systems.
  • A strong technical background and ability to provide technical direction throughout product development.
  • Deep customer empathy, with the ability to identify and act on the smallest details to drive meaningful product innovation.
What We Offer

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000
