Operational Resilience Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Senior Manager to join our team at Adam Appointments Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our resilience capability, driving the bank-wide resilience programme, and working with senior leaders across the business to ensure compliance with industry good practice and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a resilience strategy, policy, and framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead on strategic improvements, working closely with senior leaders across the business to drive resilience initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Resilience team to continually improve our resilience framework and system, including IBS management and scenario testing.
  • Provide leadership and act as deputy to the Head of Resilience as needed.
  • Liaise with leadership across the bank, within the Group, and peers across the industry to ensure effective resilience practices.
  • Embed an efficient and effective resilience culture within the Bank, through suitable processes and controls that work with colleagues in line with our Agile@ scale operating model.

Requirements:

  • Operational Resilience regulations - knowledge and practical experience of implementing these within an organization.
  • Experience of Operational Risk frameworks and policy management.
  • Leadership skills, developing a team and building capability across colleagues in the organization.
