About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in the Orthopaedic department at Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, supporting patients with their personal needs, including washing, dressing, and mobilising.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver excellent care, ensuring patients receive the best possible experience.
  • Support patients with their nutrition and hydration needs, including serving meals and helping patients to eat.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection prevention and control measures.
  • Safeguard adults and children, ensuring their well-being and dignity are respected.
Requirements
  • Fundamental level of English and Math.
  • Customer service or experience working with people.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
