Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Transport Supervisor to join our team at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of the Health Courier Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transport of clinical goods across Wales.

About the Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for supervising and organizing the activities of Health Courier Services staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining records related to vehicle use and liaising with the Fleet office for servicing and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and organize the activities of Health Courier Services staff
* Monitor and maintain records related to vehicle use
* Liaise with the Fleet office for servicing and repair
* Instigate training and development programs for Health Courier Services staff
* Ensure operational compliance with HCS Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:
* Supervisory Management Qualification (NVQ/ILM Level 3 Minimum) or equivalent experience
* Sound knowledge of Logistics Planning
* Basic knowledge of Highway Code, and relevant legislation and regulations on carriage of goods, including clinical waste, dangerous goods, and where required, radioactive isotopes
* Ability to work alone with minimum supervision or as a member of a team with the ability to motivate others

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
