About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to take the lead on functional testing for complex Oracle Fusion solutions and workflows, ensuring high-quality software delivery through hands-on testing, defect management, and close collaboration with stakeholders.

As a Senior Test Analyst, you'll be responsible for performing end-to-end testing, defining and maintaining quality test scenarios, developing and implementing defect management processes, and applying exploratory techniques to improve test coverage and quality.

You'll also use risk-based testing techniques to prioritise workloads, establish and maintain test progress dashboards to keep stakeholders informed, and work closely with client stakeholders, vendors, and third parties to ensure seamless delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end testing, including system, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Define and maintain quality test scenarios using various design inputs.
  • Develop and implement defect management processes, including raising and managing defects with vendors.
  • Apply exploratory techniques to improve test coverage and quality.
  • Use risk-based testing techniques to prioritise workloads.
  • Establish and maintain test progress dashboards to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders, vendors, and third parties to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide guidance and peer reviews for junior team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of functional testing experience across system, system integration, end-to-end, and UAT.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion (Finance) systems testing.
  • Proven ability to define defect management processes and workflows.
  • Ability to create and manage test progress dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Familiarity with risk-based testing techniques.
