Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Artemis Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the East Midlands. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance, assisting with equipment installation, offering customer training, and repairing, testing, and maintaining equipment and packaging materials.

About the Role:
  • Carry out planned service activities to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment and provide training to customers.
  • Repair and maintain equipment and packaging materials to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical or electrical engineering background.
  • Experience with servicing packaging machines is a plus (full training provided).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
