Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at Fraser Place Canary Wharf. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global hospitality leader and develop your skills in customer service and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all rooms, public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Oversee outsourced staff when required and ensure they are working to the highest standards.
  • Occasionally interact with customers, supporting other operations departments during the night shift.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
