Job Title: BD and Marketing Senior Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled BD and Marketing Senior Executive to join our team at Matalan. As a key member of our business development and marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our web content, supporting our Omnichannel KPIs, and optimising pages for an effective customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports our Omnichannel approach.
  2. Work closely with our customer experience team to plan and deliver a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
  3. Use data and analytics to inform content decisions and optimise our web experience for maximum impact.
  4. Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive business results.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our content remains competitive and engaging.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in web content management and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of Omnichannel retail and customer experience principles.
